The UK should not have an extradition treaty with any country that has capital punishment
The UK does not currently have any laws that warrant a criminal to face the death penalty (capital punishment) for crimes that they have committed, and it is wrong for the UK to extradite anybody to answer to criminal charges in a country that does.
Therefore, the UK should no longer honour any agreement that allows this to happen and not sign any new agreements to do so.
