Ensure care workers who are away from work with Covid 19 are paid full pay.
Care workers in the private sector are only being paid Statutory Sick Pay in the event that they are ill due to Covid 19.
It is the employers responsibility, but they are front line and deserve full pay.
They are front line staff, risking health and being treat as second class front line.
