Why do we treat registered blind people differently.
To legislate and cease discrimination of registered blind people.
To treat registered blind people to the same legal benefit entitlements, as any other disabled persons.

We understand that you're concerned about the ability of people who are registered blind to access benefits, but it's not clear how you think registered blind people are being discriminated against, or what action you want the Government to take to remedy this.
You could start a new petition stating more clearly what issues you think registered blind people experience claiming certain benefits, and what action you want the Government to take to remedy this.
