Review tenants rights due to pandemic. At the moment landlords have more rights

Petition Details

Government should review the termination of contracts terms as many people struggle to remain at their rented home. Landlords asking at least two months payment in order to release the contract and tenant will use liability

Additional Information

Due to the pandemic several people have lost their jobs and because of the lock downthere is no chance to find new job also not all of them are eligible for the UC Many people have try to move at families/friends houses or even go back to their countries.The current legislation is against tenants and in favour of landlords as obliging tenants to pay the rent until contract expiration that might be several months As not all the citizens or residents have access to UC tenants need to be protected
