Petition to change the word "Law" to "Terms and Agreements"

Additional Information

We wish to have the word "Law" changed to the term "Terms and conditions" Upon reaching the age on which a person can be prosecuted they are presented with the Terms and Conditions for staying a free citizen of the country, if they accept these terms they are to be punished for breaching them.
