Help us get our refunds from virgin holidays

Petition Details

We would like help to actually receive our money we have been promised from virgin holidays.

Additional Information

We have been told excuse after excuse to why we haven't received our refunds. The time frame is constantly changed. 1000s of us are still waiting for this and the communication from them is ridiculous. No one answers and when they do its the same response that everyone receives. I was told 7 days then 45 now 90 and we have all had enough. Something needs to be done

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a civil matter between individual travellers and airlines or travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
