Amnesty for undocumented Immigrants living in the UK (meeting some conditions).
Provide amnesty to undocumented immigrants in the UK; allow them to live, study and work in the UK as British citizens, provide the skills they have to the country and people, become taxpayers and help boost the UK economy.
Currently, the laws and processes are lengthy, stressful and outdated
Amnesty should firstly be granted to those individuals who have already applied for asylum or leave to remain in the UK, but their case has either been rejected, is pending or in process, provided that they have no criminal record, have skills they can provide (regardless of being classed as high-skilled or low-skilled) and have lived in the UK for 9 years or more.
The UK Government should consider this petition taking into account the need to utilise the people we already have, for the better.
