Change the lockdown rules so a single person can mix with one other household.
Single people have had to be on their own for a long time with no physical contact. Letting them mix with one other household would have low risk and mean a lot. I'm thinking of friends and family who haven't had anyone to hug this whole difficult time.
I don't think it would introduce much risk and would mean the world to some very vulnerable people at the moment.
