Create a Dedicated Mental Health Service for NHS staff, nursing Corona Patients
Create a dedicated mental heath service to deal with nhs staff including doctors, nurses and housekeeping staff who are currently dealing with the pandemic of covid19. This service should include compulsory screening and have specialist therapists to aid those who need it, reducing long term issues.
This will ensure those at the forefront of the pandemic will get the help they need to recover mentally from such a traumatic event. This will also ensure that those within the health service are retained and reduce long term costs to the nation by ensuring doctors, nurses and house keeping staffs well being is looked after. Thereby ensuring we care for those
Who have cared for so many during this difficult time.
