Get rid of A4E and other private companies involved in getting people back to work

Additional Information

I want the government to get rid of all private companies involved in getting 25+ persons into work. I think that the government should use the money saved to train people properly in trades such as joinery, electrical installation, gas fitters etc. This would equip people to go into the workplace, or start their own businesses.
