Units and warehouses with rateable value under 51k to be eligible for the SMGF
Allow businesses operating from units and warehouses with a rateable value of less then £51,000 to be eligible for the small business grant fund. Currently they are excluded from receiving the fund.
Businesses operating from units and warehouses that have a rateable value of less then £51,000 are currently being excluded from receiving any help in the form of a small business grant fund, simply because of the property they trade from. This is incredibly unfair. The governent ordered us to close our businesses and promised to help, however are penalising us because of the property we trade from. We still pay the same rates and taxes, why are we being excluded?
