Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984
I want this law to be cancelled, as it’s against the human rights.
I would these laws to be cancelled because that is against human rights, the person should be able to make a decision about their own health, property and any other possessions. As well as to travel to where they want and move back to their home countries if they want.
if this law is in place, me and my family cannot go back to our home countries and meet the family as well as, it makes feel me and my family anxious, scared and worried, and this is against the human rights.
The government is taking total control of all United Kingdom residents and citizens.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 includes lots of rules to help control infections. It's not clear whether you'd like all those rules to end or whether you'd like the Government to do something more specific to do with travel.
You can find out about the current rules here: www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Lots of people are feeling anxious, scared and worried at the moment. The NHS has information to help with those feelings. You can find out more here: www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/coronavirus-covid-19-anxiety-tips/
You could start a new petition explaining what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
