School/Teachers daily Skype to ensure kids learning focus during Lockdown
During COVID19 Lockdown kid's learning is completely changed, parents have minimum to no experience and no one other than a teacher can access how students are doing.
I think if a teacher could Skype for 3-4 hours just like other professionals working from home can really sort this big learning gap
Govt to advise school teachers to work from home just like other professionals.
Schools are doing their best however we all need to do more for our future.
Teachers should be able to work from home and teach using online tools like Skype screen shares.
At least 3-4 hours daily will really help like 2hrs in the morning to discuss and plan the day and after midday 2hrs when students/parents provide kids work via Skype so teachers can check how students performed and advise accordingly.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government is responsible for determining whether schools should be allowed to open or be required to close, and for issuing guidance to schools on operating during the coronavirus outbreak.
However, decisions about teaching arrangements during any period of closure is a matter for individual schools, not the Government or House of Commons. Ofsted is responsible for making sure that organisations providing education, training and care services in England do so to a high standard for children and students.
