Give all NHS & Front Line workers an extra month of paid annual leave.
I believe that Parliament / the government should support businesses / management committees with financial means to facilitate giving front line / key worker staff an extra month of paid annual leave following the Covid-19 pandemic.
Front line / Key workers are currently battling to save lives during the Covid-19 pandemic, risking their own lives to do so. Some have had to leave their homes and haven't seen their children / families in weeks. I believe that these workers deserve the opportunity to claw back some of the time they have missed out on with their families during this pandemic which is why I am asking the government to consider offering an extra month of paid leave to those working for the NHS and front line.
