Make working from home a legal right for employees
Covid19 has forced businesses to adapt and prove that in most cases people can work from home. With the pandemic set to continue for the foreseeable future and a need to keep the country moving, there needs to be legislation that allows anyone the right to work from home when possible to do so.
The covid crisis has put a financial burden on many who need to continue work, but from home. Mothers whose maternity leave is ending, yet due to the pandemic can not afford nor find childcare in area. To allow these people the right to work a new flexible working act is necessary.
The crisis has proved it's possible. Flexible working could allow the UK to repair it's economy while maintaining social distancing.
