Permit gyms to be reopened for the under forties throughout Covid-19 shutdown
I would like to make a formal request to the UK government to permit gyms and leisure centres to be reopened for the under forties. My justification for this is based on global statistics reflecting that only 4% of infected people under forties need hospitalisation. I am putting this request forward
because of the substantial benefits of allowing people to work out which includes:-helping body to produce endorphins & reduce stress.The possible reduction in domestic violence.Physical activity may also help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways(this could reduce the severity covid-19 symptoms.Exercise causes change in antibodies and white blood cells:immune system cells that fight infectious disease.Studies suggest that exercising in a group is better for mental and physical health.
