Give all front line NHS a tax free £1000 bonus and increase their pay rates
Ensure a pay review comparing the social value of our medical staff with pay rates of MPs and other sectors of the economy.
If necessary raise taxes to enable pay rises.
Possibly to slice the income of all earning over £1 million a year or with wealth over 10 million.
The virus crisis has shown is the true value of our medical staff. This should be reflected in thier pay rates.
Clapping at our doors is not enough.
