Removing the salary cap from AHP in NHS.
Government to remove cap from the salary of AHP’s if they offer bank work.
It’s vital that the employer keeps the fair wages to those who are willing to offer bank work. Failure to do can discourage our frontline AHP to support shortage of staff in this critical moment.
