tougher sentencing for death by careless driving
Death by careless driving sentences need to be tougher. Some people walk away with a community order, how is this justice when the family have to suffer the loss of a loved one. The government should put into practice stricter guidelines when sentencing individuals whom have caused death by careless driving. A minimum prison sentence should be given of 3 years an automatic ban from driving for atleast a year upon release of prison. Also the driving test should have to be retaken.
