Petition Action

Save the NHS, Sign the NHS Covenant, Make It Legally Binding!

Petition Details

The NHS Covenant asks all public representatives to commit to an NHS in full public ownership, fully funded, fair pay for its staff, an end to corporate exploitation, no public representative may profit from NHS policy. The NHS to be democratically managed by healthcare staff & service users.

Additional Information

The NHS was founded 70 years ago and since then everyone regardless of means, race or creed can avail of one of the best health provisions in the world. It is an amazing institution & currently, the doctors, nurses and staff are all that stands between us and the COVID-19 pandemic. However, 40 years of privatisation by successive governments have failed the NHS and the public who willingly & collectively pay for it. Sign the NHS Covenant & save for our grandchildren what our grandparents built.
