The UK should be allowed to fly our Union Jack & The flags of our countries
Citizens of The UK have been told to take their flags down,
We are a proud nation and we should be allowed to celebrate our country and our flag, just as they do in The USA and around the world.
The citizens of The UK are fearful of flying our flag because local authorities are telling them to take them down. Why?

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There are no specific laws preventing the flying of flags. Under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations people are able to fly national flags without the need for planning permission.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
