Make it a criminal offence to be drunk in a public place

Additional Information

To bring in legislation to make it a criminal offence to be over a prescribed limit of alcohol in a public place.

We have similar laws governing driving to reduce deaths and injuries but nothing in place to combat deaths and injuries and costs to the NHS by binge drinking.
