Petition Action

Blackmail, Exploitation and harassment by Standard Chartered Bank

Additional Information

To,

The Hon'ble Prime Minister of United Kingdom,

Sir,

It is defamatory on the part of Standard Chartered Bank's India branch, herein after referred to as SCB, to have reported, unilaterally, my name to India -CIBIL, for publication in the public domain, wherein my name has been defamed and tarnished.

Once the issue had been resolved by reversal of the wrogly levied charges after an investigation reflected in the Bill Statement of June 2000 its blackmail to have continued to build up the paltry sum of Rs 6537.50 of March 2000 to a huge sum of Rs. 5,37,172.86.

SCB may please be asked to pay ( Ten Thousand) times the amount which SCB in India have been ill motivatedly and blackmailingly showing me as defaulter.

Yours Sincerely,
Wing Commander Dr Sushil Kumar
