Manifesto legal contract with the electorate

Additional Information

All election party manifesto's should be a legal contract between them and the electorate.

If elected and they fail to deliver the details of this contract there with a 10% vote of the House should be suspended for a period to allowed implimentation of the item, failure to impliment it should be a termination of their office and another election called.

The government work for the electorate, are accountable to the electorate, paid by the electorate, we should be able to rely on them to deliver the promises we voted them in to deliver and not allow them to lie to get our vote.
