To provide assistance to PPE manufacturers within the UK.
To petition the U.K. government to actively encourage the setting up and continuation of UK companies to manufacture P.P.E. within the UK, to UK health and safety standards, to be able to respond proactively to future epidemics and pandemics.
The N.H.S. and private care staff have a right to adequate protection at the point of care, and we, as a nation, have a right to expect the U.K. manufacturing sector to produce it, to the highest standards.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want the Government to take action in relation to the UK manufacture of PPE, but it's not clear exactly what action you want the Government to take.
We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:
Set up nationalised manufacturing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): petition.parliament.uk/petitions/317513
Make stockpiling PPE law in case of future pandemics: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/314100
If you wanted to the Government to provide financial support to UK manufacturers of PPE due to the Covid-19 outbreak you could start a petition requesting that.
