No automobiles to enter London Zone 1 between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00.
Prevent any automobiles entering London Zone 1 during the hours of 06:00 and 22:00. This will provide more room for cyclists, pedestrians and other commuters to access offices, shops and other locations during these hours. Deliveries etc can still take place during 22:00 to 06:00.
This will reduce carbon emissions in Zone 1; reduce congestion in Zone 1 during these hours; encourage people to travel to work in a sustainable manner; enable deliveries/loading still to take place but at quieter hours; enable an increase in cyclist traffic after lockdown to be better managed.
