Legalise the use of E-Scooters in the UK

Petition Details

There is a need to accelerate the trials and legislation for E-scooters and other electric modes of transport with the advent of social distancing.

Additional Information

The government needs to look at ways to ease the stress on public transport with social distancing needing to continue. E-scooters and other PLEV's can help with this. There is a need to accelerate the trials and legislation for these modes of transport. Journeys using them would help to ease that stress whilst social distancing and ultimately help the environment with a large reduction in carbon emissions.
