Put Scotland in charge.
Hand over all power in the UK to Scotland immediately and indefinitely.
They would do a much better job.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not exactly sure whether you want the UK Parliament, National Assembly for Wales and Northern Ireland Assembly powers to all be devolved to the Scottish Parliament, and if so how you would want the electorate in those areas to participate.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you'd like to happen. For example, you could start a new petition asking for a referendum on Scottish independence, if that's what you'd like to see.
