Legal requirement to settle business accounts within 30 days or suffer a penalty
In order to protect the cash flow of small businesses ,contractors and tradesman. Make it a legal requirement
that all business accounts to be settled say within 30 days or make penalty payments compulsory.Large companies in particular pay up when it suits them sometimes up to 3 months after receiving invoices.
