More support for Year 10 and 12 following Covid-19 closing schools and colleges
Grade boundaries should be lowered for the 2021 exams, the current year 10 and 12 students.
Year 10 and 12 students are preparing to take their GCSE or A Level exams in the year 2021 and following the closure of their learning environments many pupils are struggling to keep up with the high demand of work set with little or no help. The help that some students receive is not enough to ensure they reach their full potential in their exams. The students are also not participating in mock exams so universities will not see the potential these students have when applying to university.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards, individual schools and Ofqual, and are not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament.
