Use the current situation as a basis to reduce climate change and global warming
To use this opportunity as a basis for continued reductions in GHGs, by continuing to lower their reliance on fossil fuels, after this pandemic. Further they should increase the ability to work from home, free access to Internet, renewable energy, reduce meat production and dependence.
We have seen unprecedented improvements to our seas and cities since this lockdown. Venice is crystal clear, the sky's are bluer, and animals have taken over the parks. This shows us how much the world can improve in such a short time and we should not erase this progress and "return to normal" we need a new normal that fully addresses the growing issues of global warming, climate change and continued environmental degradation.
