MP salaries equal to median income in constituency

Additional Information

The salaries of each Member of Parliament should be equal to the median income (including people of benefits) for each MP's constituency. The only expenses which can be claimed are for economy-class rail travel between the constituency and the House of Commons.

Members of the Cabinet can have a top-up equal to 25% of their salary, the Shadow Cabinet members can have a top-up of 10% of their salary. No other "extra" payments can be claimed.
