Free Congestion Charge for all Key Workers during COVID-19 pandemic.
Key Workers, in particular NHS Key Workers, have the additional stressor during this COVID-19 pandemic, that they cannot afford to reduce their transmission of COVID-19 through continued use of public transport, even when these Key Workers have their own car available.
Essential prevention of Key Workers transmitting COVID-19 to highly vulnerable groups via these Key Workers being able to afford to travel in their own vehicles, rather than public transport. Key Workers in particular, NHS Key Workers should be encouraged to not take public transport and use their own vehicles instead at all costs. The Expenses Claims process furthermore is complicated and lengthy, a process which should not be required during a pandemic.
