Petition Action

Extend nhs dental care exemption for mothers to at least 18 months.

Petition Details

Extend period of exemption to at least 18 months after birth so mothers are able to improve dental health which often detoriates during pregnancy and postpartum. I myself require fillings and root canal which rightly has been put on hold to protect dental staff from Covid 19.

Additional Information

Hopefully this will improve wellbeing of new mothers who like myself have had dental issues which are unresolved. Therefore improving general health.
