NHS staff whom work within Londons congestion charge to be exempt from charges.
Exemption of London congestion charges for NHS staff ( nurses & midwives , junior doctors and other groups considered) who travel daily to their place of work in central London.(often paying for parking)
Millions applaud them every Thursday yet the intention is to penalise them, why not reward?
