Audit Scottish assemblies use of funds from UK government to tackle Coronavirus
UK government has allocated significant funds to Holyrood to tackle the coronavirus epidemic. These funds should have been targeted at key areas such as health provision, business support, hardship relief etc and accountability for correct use lies with the administration in Holyrood.
Government is accountable to the people and responsible government should be transparent in its transactions. Significant funds have been allocated to Holyrood and the people need to know that these are not being diverted to non covid related projects but in the light of significant societal challenges are being used fully to mitigate covid related problems.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Scrutinising the Scottish Government's public spending is a matter for the Scottish Parliament, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a petition on the Scottish Parliament website calling for them to investigate how the Scottish Government is allocating funding from the UK Government: www.parliament.scot/gettinginvolved/petitions/index.aspx
