Extend the theory test expiration date because of the COVID-19 lockdown.
For the learner drivers who have to retake their theory test because of the covid-19 lockdown having to suspend theory tests and driving tests.
It is unfair that learner drivers have to retake their theory tests due to not being able to do driving tests throughout this national lockdown.
