The government should make a public apology for blaming health and safety for the 2011 riots

Additional Information

David Cameron publically stated that Health and Safety were responsible for the UK 2011 riots

There was no evidence to support this claim

the independent review into the riots has concluded that other issues were to blame and indeed makes no mention whatsoever of health and safety as any form of contributory factor

I call on David CAmeron to make a apology inthe house of commons for misleading the house
