Petition Action

Recall Parliament for half sittings before sending children back to school.

Petition Details

I would like Parliament to follow the same science and put themselves at the same risk they are asking parents to put their children into. Parents will also be at risk if their children bring home the virus. This action could ultimately start another spike in cases of Covid 19.

Additional Information

If they really believe there is a small risk to children and their parents, then they should be willing to to set the example and convene with social distance within the House of Commons before they expect children to go to school. Children can carry the virus and can possibly bring it home to their parents or grandparents who may have underlying health conditions. If there is no or little risk, let them all show the country that they themselves are willing to take the risk with their families.
