Postpone/cancel all PPEs (pre-public exams) for Year 12s this year.
To cancel or postpone the PPE examinations that will take place in June/July this year for all of those sixth-form/college students that are taking them.
Instead, like has been done with GCSE and A-Level exams this year, the grades that go to universities can be based off of teacher prediction.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, sixth-form students and those in colleges alike have missed out on significant time in school; leaving huge gaps in our education. These PPEs are what will determine the grades that will be sent to universities when we apply. Naturally, the majority of us feel exceedingly underprepared - many of us having been advised that these exams would not even take place.
We feel that by taking these exams with so little preparation it will jeopardise our future prospects.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards, individual schools and Ofqual, and are not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament.
