double jeopardy
Considering england has relaxed the double jeopardy laws, and also considering most police corruption prosecutions are either not instigated or not completed due to lack of evidence. The signatures below suggest all cases of police corruption should be re-examined and if there is now enough evidence to prosecute then the officers should be prosecuted
