Extend the Self-Employment scheme in line with the furlough scheme.
Hairdressers, Plumber's, Beauty Therapists and other self employed all risk financial hardship if the Corona Virus self-employment scheme is not extended in line with the furlough job retention scheme untill October 2020.
At present there is no sign of this happening.
Give self employed people what they need and deserve during this time and extend the scheme in line with the furlough job retention scheme. It is not fair that these people will be penalised just for working for themselves. Rishi Sunak said he would always do whatever it takes for the people of this country during this crisis and if this scheme is not extended it will be a massive letdown. To not extend the scheme would definitely not be "doing what it takes". Do not let the self employed down.
