Petition Action

Change the HMRC Guidelines so that Annually PAYE can furlough themselves

Petition Details

To change the HMRC guidelines to enable Annual PAYE to claim in the furlough scheme which will then be equal to the monthly PAYE.

Additional Information

Those on Annual PAYE should all be entitled to receive financial support equal to those on Monthly PAYE. Either the date needs to be changed from 19th March 2020 to a later date so annual PAYE can submit an RTI or for previous years 2018-2019 to be used. It can be sorted out.
Many small business owners/sole limited directors are not receiving any income at all and are suffering due to this. Please allow them to get the financial support they need urgently. Please sign & share. Thank you ????????
