integrate health and social care through cross party Royal commission this year
Parliament will through a cross party health and social care commission, staffed by politicians and health and social care professionals , give such commission powers to establish, oversee functional organisation, future funding, and regulatory oversight of an intergrated health and social system
Parliament is to legislate and pass in to law by the end of 2020 if not earlier, the integration of the health and social care system and establish the Royal commission cross party for England and give it independence of the legislature of the day, to have regulatory oversight of the new organisation through new or existing regulatory bodies and the powers to set funding requirements to parliament independent of the government of the day, ensuring the system is adequately funded and staffed.
