fuel shortages - stop panic-buying
Stop panic buying of fuel with this simple measure - rather than imposing a maximum purchase - eg £10 as was the case last time the country faced this problem - make it a MINIMUM £30 PURCHASE - this will mean that only those who need fuel, ie those who have approx half a tank or less, can buy it (unless they're prepared to buy a smaller quantity and pay more for it). The Govt should impose this restriction IMMEDIATELY
