Yellow Cards for incorrect use of statistics / misleading language by politicians

Additional Information

Instigate an method of warning politicians for making deliberate misuse of statistics and / or language. The public should be able to trust what is publically stated by MPs.
In cases where genuine mistakes are made, a correction should be issued and reported via media alongside original statement. In cases where deliberate misuse an apology and explanation should be reported to media directly from MP. Repeat offenders suspended and warned as to future conduct.
(Presumably) Well educated MPs should be able to read reports and data and communicate with the general public without need to resort to deliberate misinformation or manipulation of statistics to win political points.
