Challenge the increased in fees and changes to the Congestion Charge
The new changes to the time extention and increased costs to the congestion charge is wrong and needs to be withdrawn by the Mayor of London and the Government.
All stakeholders should look at alternative ways to keep London green whilst making it affordable and beneficial to all.
The time extentions and increased fares are detrimental to many.
Small independent businesse will be greatly affected. They relied on the weekend exemptions.
What happens to families on low income who rely on others from outside the charging zone, being able to afford the increased costs or the difficulties imposed by the new time constraints. Ending residents discounts to new applicants and removing auto pay discount are unjust.
London should not be the preserve of only the wealthy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the issue you raise is not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. This is the responsibility of the London Assembly.
You can petition the London Assembly directly: www.london.gov.uk/about-us/london-assembly/petitions
The Government has agreed a package consisting of a mixture of grants and loans based upon a series of conditions agreed by the mayor, including the reinstatement of the congestion charge: www.gov.uk/government/news/government-grants-transport-for-london-funding-package
You could start a petition calling on the Government to reimburse people, or particular groups of people, for the cost of the congestion charge, if that is what you want to happen. You could also start a petition calling on the Government to seek to revise the terms of its support for Transport for London, so that this is not conditional on the reinstatement of the congestion charge.
