Allow 16 year olds to take driving test, to avoid overcrowding on bus & trains.
Reduce age limit for driving test to 16yrs
busses and trains pose a challenge to social distancing. Allowing 16 year olds to sit the driving test would enable many to get to college or school independently minimising the risk of contracting COVID-19 as they travel
