Ban capital punishment in India
Backed by amnesty international, there should be no place for capital punishment in a peaceful and civilized country.

This e-petition is rejected on the grounds that the UK Government cannot make laws within India - if the e-petition asked for the British Government to make representations to the Indian Government with regard to banning captial punishment, it could be published.
