overseas adoption and immigration process
The big inequality when it comes to overseas adoption should be changed. Overseas Adoptive parents should have the same rights. Change the deliberate attempt to stop overseas adoption.
Adoption leave be granted on production of Court Adoption Order, parents allowed/granted temporary leave to remain in UK with child while waiting for registration, permission to apply for registration in the UK where the parents resides. Granted the same process rights as in the UK by allowing/granting permission for placed child to live with adoptive parent/s in the UK during the assessment period. No discrimination. The very expensive compulsory agency registration must be changed.
